Diario de BorderFilms, 16 feb. 21

This is weird. I've been swimming 30-45 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week since Jan 16 and I'm up 8 pounds. My eating hasn't changed... I do walk less, but still a few miles a day. Could it be muscle? Some weird body adjustment to a new workout routine?

Whatever... it's certainly frustrating. But at least I feel great!

Could be water weight, since your muscles are doing something new and probably inflammation is making you hold fluids. Also, do you weigh everything you eat, because I find I underestimate how much I am eating if I just guess at portions. Glad you feel great - tighten up your food and water intake and I bet you will see results soon!

Have you taken measurements? If so do a comparison. You might be surprised that your weight is in better locations. Lol

It could be a gain in muscle due to the swimming.
