I had a good day yesturday even though I had a few to many calories but, you can't win them all. I did do my wii fit during lunch yesterday and boy am i out of shape. I hula hooped and it kicked my butt. I also did the 6min step aerobics which was good to get my heart pumping. I can't say I was to proud of my wii age (32) I need to do some work on that. Overall it was a good day.
