Been so much stress in my life and physical pain every day. Getting daily chores done is a challenge. Ive been comfort eating at night. I start off good then sabbotage myself when I get in bed and relax n watch tv. I need to get focused and back on top of my eating healthier,my A1C is worrisome now. It was 6.1 last time it was checked a few months ago. I see my Dr.in a week or so.
