It’s Monday, time for my “official” weekly FS weigh-in. So Friday was the corned beef meal that I had wanted to enjoy but not screw up. I fasted 17 hours and had everything planned out. But it was very disappointing—flavor and texture were barely “meh”. And it wasn’t a bargain cut, either. Not buying that brand again, and not tempted to have seconds or thirds! Have been using up the vegetables in soup so I can control the volume and eat slowly.

I am down 1.6 lbs since last Monday so that’s good. Yesterday I didn’t eat much and went for a nice walk so hopefully that will show up in the next day or so. Have a great week, everyone!
