Was doing well over the weekend until last night when thing got away on me a little bit. Overall though I'm very pleased with how I did and the scale seems happy as well.
88,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 21,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Just because I think I do this to myself a little, do you think you sabotage yourself when you're on a roll? You should allow yourself to always be successful!

I suppose I do feel like I don't need to be as good when I'm doing well sometimes. This particular incident was just a bad case of the munchies.

Looking at what I ate last week, I should probably write a blog about how you can eat total crud and still loose weight. Might have to work on improving that a bit this week.

The point is your ate within your calories, and really that's what it comes down to. I just try to figure out if some of my triggers are psychological more than food, just thought I would pose the question to you too. How can we ensure we don't go back to where we started unless we know why we got there in the first place.
