I was feeling a bit discouraged since the weight loss has slowed down. Last night, I looked back at my records for January and I realized that even though I feel like things have slowed quite a bit, I lost 10lbs in January alone. I have 10 more pounds to go before I meet my goal - which I set for the end of March. I'm actually ahead of schedule!
Having a journal and records to look back on to see progress is encouraging and motivating!
