Diario de billruse, 16 abr. 21

I had a cauliflower this week, steamed it, ate it, made a nice change :-) Had some large mushrooms too, four for a quid in Tesco, useful for taking the edge off your appetite I'm finding. I'm going to have eggs today as I have duck eggs sitting around and I don't like to waste them. I may have a week on bacon too as I have lots in the fridge and it needs to be eaten before too long. I'm taking cluster dextrin (all carbs) for energy and working out a little. I'm doing barbell complexes. It's taken a while to work out one I can live with but I've got one I can do now, safe and quite tough. I'll give that a go regularly, I think it helps for a time till the body gets used to it and learns to conserve energy.
