when i'm at work i am always on my feet and thinking about food isn't as hard to control. but i found that i missed lunch yesterday and i was starving when i got home for dinner and i ate more than i wanted to. it's nice to see that the routine is working to stop binging from happening at night by making me less hunger. now i just gotta stick to it!
