The scale is moving down again, it even surprised me when it dropped again this weekend. I LOVE those types of weigh-ins. I am doing well on my exercise plan. And I went to a birthday party this weekend, I watched my portions and skipped the cake. So proud of myself!!! I am 4 pounds away from my next mini goal of 219. Once I get there I can say officially that I will be at my lowest weight in my entire adulthood, it's mind blowing!
