it is very difficult for me to think that because of the fries i ate last thursday and the salad that i had friday(which had some carbs) would cause me a gain of 3 lbs in less than a week!! What the heck is going on??
i got back on the wagon on Friday after the salad. I'm eating fewer calories, but making sure i get the fat which keeps me full and helps my "intestinal health" (if you know what i mean)and i'm making sure i eat enough vegetables from the allowed list. what could i be doing wrong???
only thing i can blame it on is my stress... which is sky high right now and the fact that i've had no time to get to the gym or park. atkins says u don't need exercise so i figured it shouldn't make a difference. if anyone has any idea what it is i'm doing wrong, please tell me.
i log everything... every single thing. in fact i corrected my entries for Crystal light since some carb content is present though very slight. cream cheese? chorizo? i don't see any carbs in the labels.
