ok...maybe it is cheating a bit to stay in bed longer and then do your morning weigh in...but I have been waiting for almost 9 full months to see this number on the scale! I was so close so many times...that this time I was not going to be denied!!! In order to keep this going I had to get over this hump...and I did. 50 lb LOSS What an amazing feeling! I know it will probably go up again (it always does!) but I know I can get this number on the scale now...so I will keep working on making that number keep going lower!!!

YOU LET IT. So, DON'T LET IT! Just tell yourself it was a milestone, not a barrier, & now that you've passed it, you can move on toward your goal weight. You can do it gal!
