So, the rise up a pound was a weird fluke in the week. I actually did lose weight this week. Maybe I should really try to just weigh in once a week and ignore the spontaneous urges to weigh myself randomly during the week. I think I'll stick to Friday mornings. If I forget for some reason, I can use the weekend to "catch up" on weighing in. Hopefully that happens rarely.

So, I weigh myself weekly but also measure my body fat monthly at the end of the month. Well, I calculated my body fat and I'm starting off the year at 36% body fat, with 99 lbs of lean mass and 56 lbs of fat. Not bad! My body fat calculation lat month was higher. I ended 2013 with 37% body fat, 59 lbs of fat and 101 lbs lean mass. It looks like I am definitely losing fat! Yay!!!!!!!!!

Trying to keep on track. Honestly, journaling helps so much. I'm very grateful this community of fellow weight loss champs of varying degrees of experience is here. It's so helpful. Thank you!

The week trumps the day heheh. You will definitely have less work that way. :) I do feel that an entire week is too much for me. I'm way to anxious for that! lol Congratulations on your fat loss! :) You are in control now!
