I'm happy to see that I've lost 2 Lbs staying close to my 1300 calorie budget. I also worked in the garden 3 hours yesterday, and that felt like a workout. I have to do some work at my desk today, but I hope to have time to spend a lot of energy cleaning house afterwards.
