Went to MT's Local last night and had scallops over zucchini pasta. It was amazing. Shared a caesar salad that had white truffle oil in the dressing. Yummy! Stayed in my low carb plan and didn't feel deprived, although I would have loved the mashed potatoes with goat cheese. I think I will try putting goat cheese in mashed cauliflower!
