Can I just start by thanking this community for your support. As a coach, and when I see people following me, I do feel a responsibility I guess to share in a way that empowers others - and not just myself. But you have been empowering me. Right now I'm eating a salad at midnight in the middle of winter on night shift. Being accountable is uncomfortable and unfamiliar for some - but take on the difference it would make if you did everything you said you were going to do, when you said you were going to do it - specifically around your weight and health.
I gave my word to being under 110 by next Saturday - Melbourne is in lockdown due to Covid, the gyms are shut, it's winter and its poured rain all week - yet somehow - down another .4 this week. And yet - it's not "somehow". I took on that there will be less exercise this week, so cut back on the carbs. Who knew a whole coz lettuce could be so filling LOL. Okay, okay, so there's also a boiled egg, a sprinkle of shredded ham, tiny sprinkle shredded cheese and low fat "bugger all taste" dressing (mmm - get that into you) - it's actually all pretty yummy. And surprisingly healthier than Hungry Jacks at 01.00 in the morning.
So here we are - .4 away from getting under 110kgs - I havent seen that for several years so this is going to be huge...
This week I will complete 3 x 5ks walks Stay under 1500CALS per 24hours 1 treat meal - Be under 110kgs Take a photo of myself and send to a friend ( I gave them my word I would do that when I got under 110
