I've been deciding to look forward while still looking back also. This is because there is wisdom in remembering what I did right to get to my goal the first time around 3 yrs ago as well as watching every day to try and stay close to goal, but not denying myself some food pleasures even if it means the scale will not move as quickly. I didn't gain it overnight...so I damn sure can't lose it that way!!!
