Diario de lineruds, 20 jul. 21

I'm frustrated with the lack of weight loss after doing what I thought to reduce my calories. I looked over what I consumed again, and added what could have contributed to excess calories, but it still added up to only just over 1400, plus I did kickboxing with a bag for 20 min yesterday! I know I shouldn't give up. I do feel lighter today somehow. I don't have time to work lut now.
99,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 40,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
