Yes!! I lost weight this week! Down to more pounds. It makes things seem… beautiful. Just to think…wow. I'm extra happier since I did not lose anything last week. Hurray to the comeback!

Apparently it is well worth while to eat real food and cook a lot. I bought my first box of organic produce and have been cooking up a storm for the last few days, trying to go through all the produce. I've had so much inspiration, so many meals in mind. I still have quite a few to go. I see how people get addicted to these boxes and buy one biweekly. It really gets you cooking healthy. It got me cooking for sure. I've prepared meals for the first time. This morning I'm going to use mustard greens to to make a veggie and chicken sauté to use over pasta. Mmm. That is going to be one good dinner today. :)
