Wow....a whopping .2 lbs down! I'll take it however. Went to eat last night and traded potato for more sauteed spinach/mushrooms. Drank water, no bread, no desert and marinated olives for an appetizer. So did well with that. Wish I was feeling better though. I really need something to lift me up.

You should feel proud. That was a great victory last night. You could have given in and ate anything. Instead you stuck to your guns and made good choices. Weight loss is a learning process that takes time. You are off to a great start. Any loss after eating out is a miracle from all the salt they put in food. Just stick with and keep going. Just think how amazing you will feel in a couple of months. When I am feeling down, I like to go on Pinterest and make an inspiration board. You can find recipes, outfits you are gonna buy when you get to goal, anything that inspires you. Keep on going!!!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I did it again tonight. Went to a pizza place....didn't feel like having a salad, so I had a side of beef tips and a side of sauteed spinach, while I watched my boyfriend eat most of a medium Hawaiian pizza! That was tough too because they make great pizza! But that would make my sugars skyrocket!
