So nice to see the scale go down. Was frazzled yesterday. Had to be in a meeting yesterday so I needed to stay late to finish some work, but I have to still tie up the loose ends! Thought I had lost my new ATM card, but found it this morning! Still can't find my cell phone. Oh well, at least today is already starting to feel better than yesterday. Made up that Hamburger Cabbage Stir-fry (that some people call crack slaw) yesterday for dinner. Had salad (what else?) for lunch, and for breakfast, I was in a hurry so I grabbed a couple of eggs and scrambled them in the microwave.
