Had 17 FV yesterday and went down in weight, suggesting the gain from the Japanese wasn't a real gain. Had take out from Filho's last night (pork chop and green beans - replaced potato with zucchini/summer squash mix). The sauce was made from whiskey, butter and leeks and was delicious!
