Happy Hump Day to all! No gain....no loss....I'll take that. I expect this if I eat food with a Tamari or Soy Sauce that I make. No worries. I will continue to find new recipes from all over the world to try. Some may be successful and others may be failures, but I'll keep trying to find ones that work best for me.
