Started chemotherapy last Wed. Weight has stayed the same this week. Appetite is medium but so far good taste good. I asked the nutritionist about intermittent fasting and she said it was fine if I tolerate it, so I’ll keep it up if I can and if not, I won’t.
I’ve been able to walk 30-40 min a day even those the first two days after chemotherapy are rough.
Hoping the weight maintenance is ok during the next twelve weeks. The number #1 priority is feeding my body nutrition. I’m doing a good job of not feeling pity and allowing that to take over.
