Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.4 cm (yikes! That was unexpected! Probably just a fluctuation. I did just sleep around 4 hours however so I'm hoping that'll be the cause. I'm fairly confident it is lol)
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.9% (almost 1% up. A realistic fluctuation, according to the slightly higher weight and larger waist. Could even be bigger...)

How's the AB challenge coming? I'm finding it relatively easy so far, no strain, and no noticeable gain either though. But who know perhaps when we reach the mid-way point we'll start to see (and certainly feel) the difference. Have a great rest of the weekend, although I think yours is pretty much gone.

It's getting harder but still very doable for now heheh ;). It's hard for me to tell when it comes to gains because I have been having unstable sleep patterns lately and, as a result, also unstable calorie intake. But I definitely agree that, as we let this thing progress up to the mid/higher levels and I'm sure we'll definitely see results! :) I do feel results in the way that I feel ab area considerably more toned which is definitely an enjoyable feeling! Thanks! I hope you had a great weekend too! :)
