Morning everyone, well it’s still not going in right direction for me 🥲..8weeks post op .. but I’m getting back into a routine in the gym ..
crosstrainer ..level 6 ..30mins ✅
Incline walking treadmill.. 10-12 .. speed 6 ..15 mins ✅
Weights - push , pull, arms x2 a week ✅
Macros ..
1600 cals
Protein 100-150g
Cards 180-200
Fats .. 40
Just started the macros as needed some structure.. early days I know
But still weight not coming off ..

Any help or guidance from you guys would be much appreciated.. 👍

Gary, you’ve just had a hip op mate! And now you’re back at the gym, so after being inactive for weeks, you would of lost muscle mass, so being back at the gym, the first thing that is gonna happen is getting that muscle mass back, Eat well (like you’re doing) keep doing those workouts, and up it only when you can (don’t over do it now or you’ll be back to square one) and good thing will happen for you, don’t overthink it now, your doing exactly the right things , Good luck Gary 🤞🏻👍🏻👏🏻💪🏻

Go steady! Do as the doctors order!! I know someone who popped his new hip out because he sat at the wrong height and turned too fast😱
