So, I feel a bit silly. All those days I felt horrible and had a pounding headache...yeah, I was having severe alcohol withdrawals 😂 I always assumed if you were going to have those, it'd be the first 2-3 days. I started getting real sick about day 5, but I guess that's not all that unusual. Didn't put two and two together until a friend brought it up and I looked at the calendar and realized it all lined up a little too perfectly with my last drink. Woops. Looks like I owe my Mass Gainer an apology, lol.

Davidsprincess- yeah, probably, though I've done a pretty good job without it so far, as far as calories. I haven't gained an ounce yet though, so I think I actually might need to get up into that 2300+ range, which is still tough for me. Body is adjusting though and I feel good. Probably give it a few days more and then try the mass gainer again. Thanks for asking ☺ btw, I didn't want to add to the bombardment of comments on your last entry, but my first thought when I saw your profile was "oh, she's cute!"...just sayin, lol.
