Wasn't able to do a Throw Back Tuesday, so here's what I've got today. 8/5/2019 260.5 lbs 11/2/2021 241.8 lbs I can see how much fluid I'm retaining in my legs, and this was taken at 9:30 am this morning. On the positive side, I can see the reduction in size of my "ribcage" roll, and how much slimmer my arms are.
