Well, I'm back after having a really bad cold. Wasn't perfect during that time but didn't go overboard either. Sunday was my first day back at 100% Atkins. I dropped some weight this morning! Yay!
79,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
