Again, again, again. Today. I can do this.
I am going to see my psychiatrist today. I have been canceling appointments with therapist and pyschiatrist left and right. I am scared to say I have been bingeing as much as I have. I am scared I am not going to get back to where I was and where I want to be. I am scared it has something to do with my bf wanting to make healthy changes. Healthy changes that I partly inspired. what is my problem?
