Wow, I love Korea. My kids were born in Seoul. We were stationed there for 4 years. I love kimichi and they have all kinds of veggies with their meals and rice too. My favorite meal was kimbop, but I would order it without the meat. I also loved kimichi fried rice. Have a great trip and enjoy yourself. It is very different from America. They don't have the same "personal space" issue as we do, and bump into each other and push each other out of the way when they are in a hurry. At first I was like, huh! But after a while, I started doing it too, lol! Its a very interesting place with many beautiful sights to see.
