I'm focusing on protein. At least 60grams a day. Then vegetables and if there is space small portion or carbohydrate.Never over 100 grams a day
I got urinalysis sticks to check I'm on ketosis, when there is not enough presence in urine I do cardio and drink lots of water to be in ketosis again.
My appetite has decreased due to this
