Diario de apantoja, 11 dic. 21

I haven't been this weight since 2014 I've lost 4 sizes in 4 months. I'm focus on losing fat and next year I'd like to start to do resistance training to put some muscle mass on. I want to go back to the gym but the covid situation is putting me off
67,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Wow, Apantoja, you amaze me well done. What is your typical days food? I will need your tips so I can follow the diet when my weight whizz up again after Christmas. Please advise 🙏. Thanks Merry Mel. 😊

Hi, I'm focusing on protein. At least 60grams a day. Then vegetables and if there is space small portion or carbohydrate.Never over 100 grams a day I got urinalysis sticks to check I'm on ketosis, when there is not enough presence in urine I do cardio and drink lots of water to be in ketosis again. My appetite has decreased due to this

can i say... your daily protein is to low... your body will be breaking down your muscles before fat . your carbs is fine... easy to work out how much protein you need. 1,5g protien X by your weight in pounds... the more muscle you have more body will use fat for energy...

Hi mariodimaggio38 . I'm not doing resistance training at this point focusing on trimming the fat. I will increase protein once I get below my ideal weight.
