I am thrilled with a loss from 2 weeks ago! Not much of one, but a loss none the less. I switched to low carb on June 9th and it seems to be working. I will continue to ride my bike and do the low carb thing and hopefully lose some more weight after basically staying the same for a very long time! I want to see some new numbers on the scale!!
