Survived the Holiday without losing control. Helped that we pretty much stayed home, I did a mini cookout for just us, so I could control the bad foods :)
Was going to take the day off and not work-out but then felt guilty so I went for my usual jog anyways LOL ugh! I hate the vicious cycle!
