Day 1 of the Attack Phase. My profile on the Dukan website states that I will have to spend four days on this phase before going into Cruise phase. So far, so good. I am not particularly hungry and have not craved any sugary items as yet. We'll see how long that lasts, though, as it's only half way through the day.
