I have started watching the show Addicted to Food on OWN. It just started but one thing I learned about myself is I use food as a crutch to deal with my emotions. I also started trying to adopt the phrase "eat to live not live to eat.". I ask myself why I'm eating. Am I hungry? Bored? Sad, happy etc. Try doing the same and remember baby steps. If you have a bad diet day try again tomorrow. I couldn't lose weight successfully until I got my head in the right place about why I eat.
