thanks, you too. gotta get back on the wagon this week for sure. Have had a head cold for days but it has affected my appetite in a positive way but my activity in a negative way. Going to play tennis tonight and that sometimes is just what I need to get the body feeling good again. I am going to track all this week to make myself be accountable.
