Think of it this way: Unless someone else is putting the food into your mouth, you are not doind what you want to do, but have some internal pressure making you eat what you don't want to eat. Still trying to learn that myself!

This might be the issue--"Someone or something is always sabotaging me." I'm not intending to be either course or mean spirited, but we are only responsible for ourselves. My wife has zero to do with eating well and getting healthy. She has fatty liver and is prediabetic. She is always bring junk home. I've learned it's my journey alone, as it is yours. Best to you

honey i live with 2 men that can eat anything. and they bring all kinds of junk home. i am my responsibility. i have to have the will power to stay on track. i have my food and they have theirs. i use to feel like this. stay string and never give up. remember also. just take it a day at a time. you got this!!
