I gained a Lb after eating around 1800 calories. I let myself get hungry by not packing a lunch, then when I finally did eat around 3pm, I was hungry enough to eat more fast food than I normally would. I wasn't even hungry when I gave into late night cravings because Don was eating, but the scale shows the damage I've done. I am still on my period, so I hope that my weight will still come down.
