Still on the decline!!!!!

And, after 10 months of pain, then occupational therapy and then partial recovery, I started working out again. I'm practicing self-compassion and am taking things very slowly. I am getting myself to do a short (but intense) 10 minute work out in the weekday mornings. Since I started this week, I scheduled myself to workout only Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I focused on my glutes for 10 painful minutes while still in my PJs and it was definitely a challenge! I hope I can continue this since morning strength training is known to boost your metabolism and kick of weight loss earlier in the day.

Yay!! I'm back! I won't be doing another 10k or half marathon any time soon, but I'm okay with that. I'm glad I did stuff like that during my weight loss journey, but now it's time to focus on toning rather than cardio. It's so awesome to be back in the single digit numbers for clothes. You have no idea!! May I never see another size 20 again!!!! At least not in this decade!!
