I cam out of the gate like gangbusters, but now I am already having trouble tracking. I know that if I work the plan that it will work. I just have to keep telling myself that.
114,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 28,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

your right, the plan will work for you if you work the plan. tracking is really really really(did i say really) important! i had to make myself do it at first, but now it's like second nature, i even took my tracker on vacation with me. it's amazing how off track you can get when your not writing it down, don't ask me why but i guess we must see it staring back at us what we ingest. congrats on your loss so far! good luck and keep on tracking!

just keep working on the tracking place a pad of paper on the kitchen table and it might hel;p thats what i do if you have to just carry a small pad of paper with you good luck.... mary
