OK guys My name is Terrell I am a 45 year-old female I’m new to this and I need to get the weight off! Can you guys please help me out with recipes that contain like Alfredo type recipes. Salmon recipes I’m not a big vegetable eater, and I know that’s bad, but I just found out I love sautéed red and green bell peppers with onions so someone please help me.

I love sautéed onion and peppers as well. I sauté lots of things with them: chicken, Italian sausage, smoked sausage, pork, put them in low cal/low carb tortillas, or over riced cauliflower ( it will take in the taste of the onions and peppers and seasoning you use) , in marinara sauce , I sometimes eat the marinara sauce dish with cottage cheese, reminds me of lasagna. Other veggies you can sauté w onions and peppers that don’t have a strong flavor are zucchini, yellow squash, fresh spinach, might be a way to sneak veggies into your diet, esp if the dish is seasoned with garlic, onion, sprinkled w cheese. Sorry I don’t have any Alfredo sauce ideas, I rarely eat it. Blessing to you on your health journey!

Hi Terrelldc!! Sorry I'm late seeing this!! Welcome! You can do do this. I am new to FS too and I know how much I treasure comments, so here's a comment for you. You have already made so much progress!! It may be that as you keep going on your healthy journey, you start to adapt to veggies. But you definitely don't need to be a veggie fanatic to lose weight! My favorite veggies of all time are zucchini broiled in the oven with a sprinkle of cheese, some butter, and ur face seasonings!! It's so good. Other than that, I love tomatoes!!! The Alfredo sauce I use is pretty simple: I have no idea how many cups it makes tho! Basically, it's 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup whole wheat or white whole wheat flour, 4 cups water, and about 2 cups of cheese. It makes quite a lot!!! Thx for supporting my post earlier♥️ It means alot!! Btw, I'm a fifteen year old girl, just FYI
