I hate to see this jump, but I have to focus on what it really is. I ate almost 2100 calories yesterday. About 500 cals over my budget. Not nearly enough to gat a pound, let alone 1.5 pounds. This is literally the weight of the food in my stomach. My calorie average for the week is on budget. Keep calm and carry on… 💪
