Wow. Glad I came and saw Ive put on 4lbs since the last time I was here! Geez. Definatly been eating my feelings lately.
My partners step dad died in May and that was really hard on us. We spend 2 weeks in the hospital 4hrs away from our home eating take out all the time.
I also got a new job working with a HUGE workload. More eating my feelings....
So I guess I have to buck up and commite again to staying on track. I did join an early morning yoga class on Monday. It starts at 7am which means Im up by 5am and out the door at 6am cause its a 45min commute. Its good that Im going to be doing something for my body.
I still plan on a tummy tuck once I get the phone call. Ive saved up $5000 towards it and it cost $6000. It wont be long till its all saved up!!!
