Okay, enough. It's time to get back on track. It's been fun eating everything in sight, but it's time to get motivated again. The treadmill is up and running again and I'm tired of feeling ashamed of my eating. Time to get focused and counting my points again!! Oh, and the treadmill wouldn't hurt either!!
