Well no surprise that I'm not the winner in the company challenge. Very disappointed in myself, and not making any excuses for why I didn't do better. Didn't stick to RDI, didn't stay away from fast "food" or junk. Didn't, didn't, didn't!
So can I turn things back around and do better this month, that's the plan. Goal remains to get to 230 or less. Only change is now that's pushed to Memorial Day! I saw that number last fall and why I couldn't remain steadfast is the constant dilemma. Managed to dip below 240 last August and stay there consistently until November. Maybe with Aqua Therapy (please let me be able to get in and out of the pool), and the prospect of a better job on the horizon, both will provide the proper motivation.
