I fought a pizza once, should have let it cool, the cheese burnt my fists. As a nemesis it's too powerful to fight.

My son and I used to share a 16” pizza for only one meal! Now it’s a 12” one for the two of us and we both figure it’s big enough. The trouble is, no matter how big the pizza is, we *will* finish the thing!

My concept of meal size is warped, for no good reason really. Growing up I was very thin, athletic but still fairly lean, and tall. I tried to gain weight but really just couldn't. With that I walked everywhere, like alot of walking. So in high school my lunch was two Big Macs and three hamburgers, EVERYDAY, Monday to Friday. I did not care for fries or soda, just the burgers. When I lived in Winnipeg I would occasionally hit McDonald's where my new meal was two Big Macs and six hamburgers. Despite others around me I did not think my meal was excessive.

Thank the good Lord, I hate fast food of any kind. Given my struggle with portion control with regular home cooked food, I’ve got enough challenges! Dump those McDonalds burgers @darkknight. You absolutely deserve REAL food😊🇨🇦

Yes, that was a very early change. Cutting out the frequency of fast food, and making food at home, meal prep being key. Now I lean towards meals that fill me up, fibre and protein dense.
