This feels really good. I had lulled myself into believing that I was totally fine with how slow my weight loss had become. Then, pain made me slow down on exercise. Family stuff was wonderful but exhausting.

This week the only thing different was that I started exercising again. I know, that is a biggie, but prior to that I had been eating and exercising and the weight loss had still slowed. So, I just take that to mean my body needing a few weeks of maintaining and not feeling as deprived.

I am not going to count on my weight to keep going down at this fast of a pace. I am just going to keep exercising, eating right, and see what happens.

great job girl keep it up .this is the only place i can post i cant post on my journal the book that just came out keto clarity i wonder if that is a good book also there is a book called the complete low fat has anybody heard of these books
