Had to go back to the Dr. today. My planter faciiatis is still acting up awful. My left heel is bad despite custom inserts and anti inflammatories. I am limping pretty bad after running on the road today and can't walk well. This is what happens when you don't allow yourself time for your heels to heal. I went for an X-ray today. I hope to goodness I don't have a bone spur or fracture. I go back to the dr. tomorrow for results. I fell out of the run. Mainly pride at falling out of the run in front of my commander, but I know I toughed out the last few months worked through the pain and passed my physical fitness test. I have about 6 months until my next test. I hope tomorrow brings good news of no fracture or spur and that there is some cure besides time off and no running. I have worked so hard the last 5 months to rehab from a sprained ankle and knees to get to where I am, dropping 6 minutes off my run time and 15 lbs. Think good thoughts for me on good news tomorrow at dr pls.
