Well back down to my lowest weight so far. I took the day off to relax and get some stuff done around the house. So nice to have a 4 day weekend. Finally got both AC units in this morning cause it's toasty up here in the NE. I don't like being hot so I needed them.
I really feel like going for a jog but just need to get my butt off the couch and outside. :-)
