Yes on plateau question. If you look at my graph, you will see I had one around 228, 218 and maybe a small one around 203. My journal speaks to their causes and how I broke each... 2 of 3 just required patience to let the body catch up with the math. Think it took 3 month for the last 20 lbs, vs 3 months for the first 34 lbs... which is to be expected.

... not tough in regard to eating... my meal plan has changed little, but my deficits are naturally lower because lighter Chris does not burn as much as heavy Chris. Tough part was not getting nervous when the scale did not move. The basics were there so I just had to wait it out.
